  • Client: A user who hires a Freelancer through MintOdesk.
  • Freelancer: A user who offers and delivers services to Clients through MintOdesk.
  • Order: A project, service, or gig agreed upon between a Client and Freelancer.
  • Escrow: The secure holding of Client funds until work is completed and approved.

2. Eligibility

By using MintOdesk, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your country.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Will use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

  • You must create an account to buy or sell services on MintOdesk.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Using the Platform

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or unlawful content.
  • Circumvent MintOdesk by making payments outside the Platform.
  • Spam, harass, or abuse other users.
  • Engage in activities that may harm MintOdesk’s reputation, systems, or users.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Payments & Fees

  • Clients pay in advance for Orders, and funds are held securely in escrow.
  • Freelancers receive payment only when the Client approves the delivery.
  • MintOdesk may charge service fees for transactions, which will be displayed at checkout.

6. Order Process

  1. Placing an Order: Clients select a service or request a custom offer.
  2. Delivery: Freelancers must deliver work by the agreed deadline.
  3. Approval: Clients have the right to accept, request revisions, or dispute the delivery.
  4. Completion: Once approved, funds are released to the Freelancer.

7. Disputes & Resolution

  • If there is a disagreement, either party may open a dispute.
  • MintOdesk’s support team will review communication, requirements, and evidence before making a fair resolution.
  • MintOdesk’s decision is final and binding to both parties.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in delivered work transfer to the Client after full payment.
  • Freelancers retain the right to use their work in portfolios unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

MintOdesk is a marketplace that connects Clients and Freelancers. We are not a party to the actual contract between them.

We are not responsible for:

  • Quality, legality, or safety of services offered.
  • Any loss or damage resulting from interactions between users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintOdesk’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in dispute.

10. Termination

MintOdesk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law
