At MintOdesk.com, all services offered on our platform are digital in nature — which means there is no physical shipping involved. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when services (“Orders”) are delivered between Clients and Freelancers.

1. Digital Delivery Only

  • All services purchased through MintOdesk are delivered digitally via our secure platform.
  • Clients can access their completed work in the Order Page once the Freelancer submits the delivery.
  • No physical shipping, courier, or postal service is required.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery time is set by the Freelancer when creating their service (gig) or by mutual agreement in a custom offer.
  • The countdown for delivery begins once the Client provides all necessary project requirements and marks the order as Started.
  • If requirements are delayed, the delivery date may be extended accordingly.

3. Notification of Delivery

  • Once a Freelancer delivers the work, the Client will receive an email notification and a message on their MintOdesk account.
  • The Client can review, request revisions, or approve the work directly through the platform.

4. Late Delivery

  • If a Freelancer misses the agreed delivery deadline, the Client has the right to:
  • Request a deadline extension by mutual agreement, or
  • Request a cancellation and receive a full refund (per our Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • ).

5. Downloading Files

  • Final deliverables (documents, designs, code, etc.) can be downloaded securely from the Order Page.
  • It is the Client’s responsibility to download and store the files before closing or deleting their account.

6. Order Completion

  • Once the Client approves the delivery, the order will be marked as Completed, and payment will be released to the Freelancer.
  • After completion, MintOdesk considers the “shipping” fulfilled.

7. Non-Delivery

If a Freelancer does not deliver work by the deadline, the order may be:

  • Automatically cancelled by the system, or
  • Manually cancelled by the Client with a refund processed as per our refund policy.
